Great American International Spirits Competition 2020

Great American Spirit Awards

August, 2020

Looking for a vodka that is smooth & silky for sipping or for your favorite cocktail? Then put Blue Marble’s ultra-premium vodka on your radar because the esteemed judging panel at the Great American International Spirits Competition awarded our vodka GOLD for superior taste. It was judged not by how it compares to other spirits in a flight, but on its own merit, presence, balance and character.
This international competition is for all commercial distilleries and spirits producers. The spirits are blindly judged by respected industry Master Distillers, Certified Sprits Educators, Brand Ambassadors, retailers, importers, spirits industry writers and consultants. This was Blue Marble’s first competition participation and we are proud to have been awarded Gold amongst other premium vodka brands.

Great American Spirits International Competition has a charitable give back program called Raise A Glass Foundation. This is a non-profit organization created to help save and improve the lives of adults and children around the world. It would be very difficult if not impossible for a charity to solicit such a collection of award-winning bottles from producers around the world.
They aim to help deserving charities by donating up to thousands of award-winning, unused products post the competition for use at their fundraising galas, auctions and events. As a spirit brand that also gives back, we commend their efforts to make the world a better place.

All Blue Marble’s seltzers are 5 percent alcohol by volume, 95 calories, 1g carbohydrate and made with ultra-premium vodka and no artificial ingredients. THE GREAT ALASKAN RACE MOVIE PREMIERE

THE GREAT ALASKAN RACE MOVIE PREMIERE

THE GREAT ALASKAN RACE MOVIE PREMIERE

THE GREAT ALASKAN RACE MOVIE PREMIERE

Los Angeles, California – October 17, 2019

Director, Writer, and Producer Brain Presley bring us “The Great Alaskan Race”. The movie opens in theaters on October 25th, 2019. Based on a true story, In 1925’s historic great race of mercy, a group of brave mushers travels 700 miles to save the small children of Nome, Alaska from a deadly epidemic. The LA Premiere of The Great Alaskan Race was at the Arclight Hollywood and Blue Marble Cocktails was a sponsor on this incredible night. Blue Marble was on the step and repeat that all attendees posed for pictures and spoke to press along with being served at the afterparty.

The Great Alaskan Race is a based on a true story about a race in the 1925’s to get anti-toxin to Nome, Alaska to save all the children who were infected from dying. Leonhard Seppula and his 12-year-old lead dog Togo did an unprecedented 330 miles out of the 700 total in 5 days to get the serum and transport it back to Nome in -80 degree weather. Dogs and Mushers are told to never run past -40 below because it will kill a dog not to mention one should never run a 12-year-old dog in those conditions. Leonhard Seppula showed bravery and selflessness in hopes of saving his entire town. Most of the stories that people have read about this race have been about Balto, the lead dog that took the serum the last 50 miles to the town of Nome. This is the first time that the story of Togo and Balto share the heroic efforts that saved all the children from dying. This was really about the bravery of groups of mushers from around Alaska that were willing to sacrifice their dogs and themselves for the greater good of humanity.

Alan Miller, CEO and founder of Blue Marble Cocktails said, “We are honored to be a part of this movie premiere and share our family owned product with these amazing actors, producers, and crew. Being a part of prestigious events like this one shows to ourselves and our consumers the ultra-premium quality that we put out in every single one of our product lines.”
